The snack sort
A five-minute activity for grown-ups and kids, with things you already have at home.
Real potato fact: New potatoes are dug up while they are young, so their skins are thin enough to rub off with your thumb.
- Pour a small handful of mixed snacks on a plate.
- Sort them into piles by color or shape.
- Count each pile. Which has the most? Which has the least?
